The trends in the Toyosu area for fiscal year 2023 (see above graph) shows that the average transaction price per tsubo has risen from ¥3.97 million to ¥4.57 million, and the number of transactions has slightly increased from 279 to 283. Both the average transaction price per tsubo and the number of transactions have reached their highest levels since we began collecting data in 2018, indicating that the market remains strong.
The trends in the Shinonome area for fiscal year 2023 (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo has increased from ¥3.19 million to ¥3.59 million, and the number of transactions has risen from 115 to 138. Both figures are the highest since we began collecting data in 2018, indicating a continued strong market.
The trends in the Ariake and Odaiba areas for fiscal year 2023 (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo has risen from ¥3.69 million last year to ¥4.18 million, and the number of transactions has increased from 161 to 197. The average price per tsubo is the highest since we started collecting data in 2018, and the transaction count is close to the 2020 peak of 199. This indicates a continued strong market.
The trends in the Harumi area for fiscal year 2023 (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo rose from ¥4.20 million to ¥4.78 million, and the number of transactions increased significantly from 194 to 263. Both figures are the highest since we started collecting data in 2018. Among the nine areas, Harumi had the largest increase in transactions from the previous year, indicating a strong market.
The trends in the Kachidoki area for fiscal year 2023 (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo has increased from ¥3.98 million to ¥4.74 million, and the number of transactions has notably risen from 149 to 212. These figures represent the highest levels since our data collection began in 2018, signaling a sustained strong market.
The 2023 trends in the Tsukishima area (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo rose from ¥4.25 million to ¥4.48 million, while the number of transactions slightly increased from 110 to 111. The average price per tsubo is the highest since we started collecting data in 2018, indicating a continued strong market.
The 2023 trends in the Minato-Shinkawa area (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo rose from ¥4.28 million to ¥4.68 million, and the number of transactions jumped from 92 to 139. Both figures are the highest since we started collecting data in 2018, indicating a continued strong market.
The 2023 trends in the Shibaura area (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo rose from ¥4.21 million to ¥5.03 million, and the number of transactions increased from 207 to 239. Both figures are the highest since we began collecting data in 2018. Shibaura has seen the largest increase in the average price per tsubo among the nine areas, indicating a strong market.
The 2023 trends in the Shinagawa and Konan area (see above graph) show that the average transaction price per tsubo rose from ¥4.13 million to ¥4.52 million, and the number of transactions slightly increased from 132 to 134. Both the average price per tsubo and the number of transactions are at their highest levels since we began collecting data in 2018, indicating a sustained strong market.
