• March 1972Area Service Co. Ltd. established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyu Land Corporation
• July 1978Company name changes to Tokyu Land Area Service Co.
• October 1978Inception of “Aoisora” (meaning “blue skies”) as Tokyu’s brokerage brand name
• April 1980Tokyu Land Corp. successively transfers sales offices in greater Tokyo metropolitan area
  (until October 1984)
• October 1982Opening of sales offices in Sapporo, Sendai and Fukuoka
• July 1985Sapporo, Sendai and Fukuoka offices begin sales operations (agency) of new properties
  constructed by Tokyu Land Corporation
• April 1987Opening of Nagoya sales office
• October 1987Merged with Tokyu Land Kinki Area Service Co. and opened Kansai Branch office
• January 1988Company name changes to Tokyu Livable, Inc. and brand name is revised to “Livable”
• October 1990Tokyu Land Corporation fully transfers sales operations (agency) of its newly constructed
  propertiesto Tokyu Livable, Inc.
• October 1993Promotion of full-service sales business (agency) for new properties constructed by
  non- Tokyu Group operators
• April 1995Launched full-service lease brokerage business
• October 1996Launched rental property management business
• December 1999Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section

• October 2012Service starts for “Livable Safe Agent Guarantee”, a one-year guarantee program for
  existing residences
• April 2013L’Gente Sales and Marketing Division established
• July 2013Launched “Inheritance Tax Lending Service” with the aim of lending payment for
  inheritance tax on behalf of sellers
• October 2013Formation of holding company, “Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation” which is comprised
  of three companies, Tokyu Land Corporation, Tokyu Community Corporation and Tokyu Livable, Inc.
  Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section (the original three companies are delisted in September 2013)
