    • We will obtain detailed materials about the shortlisted property after the conclusion of the non-disclosure agreement as well as matching and reviewing the purchase conditions.

    Real Estate
    Proposal

    • We will calculate buying expenses and the expected balance of payments for the requested real estate, confirm unclear points and problems, and arrange private property viewings, etc.
    • We will support prior consultation with financial institutions for loans.
    • We will ask for a Letter of Intent for acquisition to be submitted.
  • Step 4

    Negotiation
    with the Seller

    • We will organize the seller’s conditions and negotiate with the seller.
    • We will obtain the Letter of Acceptance for selling from the seller.
